Ua Ola Loko I Ke Aloha Kuu Ipo

pears, goat cheese and herbs

The clafoutis ... what mysterious preparation! !?!
this buzzing in my head for a while ... I had ventured there this fall, but it was a failed souffle seeds ... very good for truth, but ... .. after bought
this book, I could not just experiment! Accomplice
the desire to participate in this contest, I tried again to prepare one.
E 'was a real pleasure ... and a really nice discovery to use the fruit in a savory ... I
with fruit in the pan I've always been a little hesitant .... pass the crumble, however, that I love, but first or second with the fruit, you've never seen in my blog.
Well, here dispelled the myth ... this clafoutis is the proof!
!!!!!!! And it is very good ...
order not to risk (my husband is very difficult in terms of new ... he is quite a traditionalist at the table!), I prepared for dinner one evening when he was away for work ... my daughter and I only slabs, there we are eating, and his response was: Mom is one of the best things I've ever done!
What do you think? Think that might participate in the contest of Ramona?
I think is right ....

Ingredients:
(serves 4)

4 eggs 2 large pears 3 small or otherwise (I used the conference)

75 g flour 50 cl creme fraiche liquid (I used light cream)

100 gr grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon crushed dried spices, however, sage, thyme, rosemary, chives ... (for me gourmet blend of Mediterranean mondospezie )
salt pepper
2 fresh goat

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 °
Beat eggs in a bowl, gradually incorporating the flour first and then the creme fraiche.
Stir vigorously until creamy and smooth and fairly liquid ... now add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly.
Add the herbs (except a little to decorate the surface), continue to mix, season with salt and pepper.
Peel the pears and diced them quite small.
Butter the baking molds (or a great, if you prefer), flour them lightly and pour the liquid mixture: Add the diced pear and sprinkle with remaining herbs.
Take the goats and get them in irregular pieces with your hands and distribute evenly on the surface, like this:

Bake for about twenty minutes with fan-assisted mode (do not toast too the surface) .
Let cool and serve.

The pear is sweet goes well with the taste of the goat and the softness of the compound ...
Served in portions is a really great shape ... try it!

I wish you all a happy and relaxing Sunday ... here the weather is playing ...
.. and think that it was great all week ...

you soon!
