(NB: These muffins are special even for large, eheheheheh .... do not make distinctions!)
Ingredients: 100 gr butter
200 ml milk zest of one lemon 2 organic
organic eggs 150 g sugar cane
few drops vanilla extract
240 gr self raising flour (for me Molino Rossetto )
a pinch of salt
cherries in syrup (for me Toschi )
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 ° .
Melt the butter, just let cool and add milk and lemon zest.
A with an electric mixer, beat eggs with sugar and vanilla extract in order to obtain a nice fluffy, stir in the butter mixture to the eggs.
Add the flour mixed with salt and mix everything with whips.
Put the paper cups in a muffin pan (did you see that beautiful colored my Ikea??) And slowly pour in the mixture, filling about three quarters ... add some cherry syrup, so

Bake and cook halfway with fan-assisted mode for about twenty minutes (keep them of an eye, because depending on the size have different times of cooking for me .... always exists the toothpick test!).
