Grandparent Wedding Thankyou Sayings










...adoro i regali....
Beh, direi che tutti li adoriamo, no?!
Ultimamente però devo dire che mio marito sa stupirmi molto spesso...per anni si è dimenticato qualsiasi tipo di ricorrenza (beh a parte il Natale e i compleanni...quelli almeno, dai....)...
...invece devo dire che negli ultimi tempi si sta ricredendo parecchio...
I casi sono due:

Complici dei cranberries presi alla Lidl (approposito...vi conviene affrettarvi perchè le offerte sui prodotti americani stanno finendo!!!), ho pensato di preparare queste leccornie, che come potete ben immaginare, sono finite in un batter d'occhio... (ci credete che io ne ho assaggiato a malapena mezzo...sigh! Troppo "burroso" per la mia dieta...)

Ingredients:

125 grams of softened butter (for me Organic Montanari Gruzza of typical of )
90 g brown sugar 1 egg

90 g self raising flour (for me Molino Rossetto )
20 g oatmeal

a pinch of salt 100 g dried red cranberries
zest half a lemon or lime

Preparation:
Beat butter and sugar, mix well and add the egg.
Mix the flour, oatmeal, salt, and mix them into the mixture.
United dough cranberries and lemon zest, finely grated, stir well and given the form of a roll of 5-6 cm thick, roll it and wrap it in greaseproof paper or cling film.
Place in freezer for about 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, prepare a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, remove the roll from the freezer and Privatel paper surrounding it.
With a sharp knife, cut slices of a cm thick and place them on baking tray ready ... Bake at half height with fan-assisted mode for about ten minutes (browning should soon).
Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy a moment of pure pleasure!!
